Tawa Paneer | Paneer Tawa Masala Recipe

A quick and handy North Indian variety paneer side dish recipe that goes well with rotis or rice. This delicious tawa paneer makes use of easy ingredients and will also be made in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 200 gms paneer / cottage cheese
  • 1 onion medium-sized
  • 3 tomatoes medium-sized
  • 1/2 cup chopped green capsicum / bell pepper
  • 1 green chilli
  • 3/4 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  • 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain / carom seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions

Finely chop onions. Mince the ginger. Chop the capsicum into small cubes. Slit the fairway chilli lengthwise. Reduce the paneer into small cubes. Mixture the tomatoes in a mixer-grinder or blender to a puree and set aside.

Heat oil in a tawa or skillet or pan. Add cumin seeds and carom seeds. Fry till they change color.

Then add the finely chopped onions. Fry till the edges of the onions turn golden brown.

Add the capsicum cubes, slit green chilli and minced ginger. Fry till the capsicum turns quite delicate. Now add the tomato pulp. Cook dinner for 2 minutes. Add salt, purple chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix good and fry for a few seconds. Add 1/four cup water.

Then add the paneer cubes. Mix well and let this cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame till the gravy has reduced in quantity. Finally add the crushed kasuri methi. Mix well and fry on high for a minute. Remove from heat.


Sprinkle chaat masala powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tawa Paneer Masala is now ready to be served.

How to make green mango chutney



Preparation Time:10 minutes

DIRECTION:


  • Wash mango in running water.
  • Soak the dal in water for 1 hour. Drain completely.
  • Warmth 1Tbsp of oil in a kadai and roast the dal on slow flame till gentle brown and aromatic.
  • Grind the roasted gram with chilies and mango, utilizing very little water, to a rather coarse paste. Mix in the salt.
  • Heat the oil for seasoning in a small fry pan.
  • Add mustard. When it splutters, add asafoetida.
  • Put off from hearth and add the seasoning to chutney.
  • Mix good and serve as an accompaniment to rice and dal.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup - Bengal Gram (channa) dal
  • 1/3 cup - sour green mango, peeled and chopped
  • 6 to 8 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • For Seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • ½ tsp - asafetida ( Hing)powder

1 pound kielbasa

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons chili sauce

1 pinches paprika

Preheat oven to Broil/Grill.

Pour tomato sauce into a large saucepan, then stir in the chili sauce, onion salt, sugar and pepper. Let simmer over medium heat, occasionally stirring; bring to a gentle boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, broil/grill kielbasa sausage for 3 to 4 minutes each side, or until cooked through. Slice into pieces 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick.



Pour tomato sauce mixture over sausage, then sprinkle all with paprika and curry powder and serve.

How to make drumsticks curry with potato

Ingredients (240 ml cup used)
3 drumsticks (cut into finger-sized pieces)
4 medium onions chopped finely
1½ tbsp. Oil
1 sprig curry leaves
¼ tsp mustard
¼ tsp jeera (cumin)
optional
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala.
2 medium potatoes
2 tomatoes chopped finely
2 green chilies (slit)
½ tsp red chili powder

Instructions
Wash drumsticks under running water. If now not delicate scrape off the dermis lightly. Wash and chop to finger length portions.
Cube potatoes to medium measurement, and add them to a bowl of water until we use it.
Add oil to a pan and heat. Add mustard and cumin.
Once they start to splutter, add curry leaves and onions. Fry except obvious.
Add drumsticks and potatoes. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt and turmeric. Fry unless the tomatoes flip smooth.
Add red chili powder and fry for 2 minutes. Should you desire so as to add garam masala or coriander powder add now.
Pour water just enough to quilt the drumsticks and potatoes. Quilt and prepare dinner till the veggies are smooth cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves.


The way to make drumstick curry recipe with potato
1. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, mustard, and jeera, once they splutter add onions green chilies. Fry till they turn discolor quite. Don't need to fry till they turn to golden color.


2. Add chopped drumsticks and potatoes. Fry on excessive for two to three mins.

4. Add purple chili pow, combine good and pour adequate water to immerse the drumsticks.  I added three cups of water

5. Cook dinner on a medium flame till the drumsticks are wholly cooked.




Serve drumstick curries hot with rice/roti.

Easy to Make Dal Makhni in Just 40 minutes Delicious Recipe

Ingredients

  • Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
  • Rajma 3 tblsp
  • Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
  • Tomato Puree - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1 tblsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Corriander Powder - 2 tsp
  • Fresh Cream - 3 tblsp
  • Salt - to taste
Dal Makhni


Method


  •  Soak the urad dal & rajma overnight in water.
  •  Pressure cook dal & rajma until it turns soft.
  •  Mash it lightly with the back of the spoon and keep aside.
  •  In a pan warmness oil/butter, upload garlic paste and fry until it turns light pink.
  •  Add cumin seeds and when they splutter add chopped onions.
  •  Fry until onions turn pink. Then add tomato puree and fry until oil separates.
  •  Add pink chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and fry nicely.
  •  Now add the cooked dal and rajma.
  •  As soon as it begins to boil, add fresh cream and allow it cook on low heat for 10 mins.
  •  Serve hot with naan/roti.
